The U.S. Chamber of Commerce published findings on the impacts of retialiatory tariffs being imposed on U.S. goods by foreign governments. They included a map which shows state-by-state impacts.

PASADENA UPDATES FIREWORKS ORDINANCE AND REINFORCES ALL…

The City of Pasadena recently amended the municipal code holding property owners and tenants responsible for permitting the possession, sale, usage or discharge of fireworks on their property.  The ordinance change allows for the prosecution of fireworks-related offenses and for the demand of payment for all costs associated with the safe disposal of confiscated fireworks.

Minimum wage rises to $13.25 per hour July 1st - applies to…

The minimum wage goes up to $13.25 per hour for those with 25 employees or more on July 1, 2018. 

The Pasadena City Council determined the city minimum wage should increase to $13.25 per hour for any company employing 25 or more persons. (Part time workers are counted as if they are full time.) Those with 24 or fewer employees will be required to pay $12.00 per hour minimum wage.
