The YWCA Pasadena-Foothill Valley is proud to announce this year’s calendar of events for the Week Without Violence, scheduled to run from October 12^th to October 17^th. Each year in October, YWCAs nationwide partner with community advocates, local leaders, and the general public to educate and motivate people to work towards ending violence, wherever it occurs.

The City of Pasadena and the Pasadena Star-News host a forum on homelessness on Wednesday, October 21st from 7pm to 9pm. Hear experts on the issue, law enforcement, homless service providers and housing experts.

Join us as the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and the Pasadena Bar Association present a FREE mixer for members of both organizations.

The SGV Economic Partnership will be working with Rep. Judy Chu and Facebook to host a special Facebook small business marketing workshop on Monday, October 12^th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. It will be held at the Pasadena Convention Center at 300 E. Green Street. The event is free to attend.
