How is it that law makers are able to cast votes without thought to the effect on the economy? The California Policy Impact Project (C-PIP) aims to help lawmakers see the impact of their actions and we need your help.

The Pasadena Chamber of Commerce has formed a partnership with dozens of statewide and regional business groups with C-PIP to shine a bright light on the direct economic impacts of policy makers’ votes.

Pasadena Chamber of Commerce members, community leaders and guests celebrate our business community at the annual Pasadena Chamber of Commerce Inaugural Gala on Friday, July 8, 2016. The hosted cocktail reception and silent auction begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena. Dinner and the festive program begins at 7:30pm.

ALL FIREWORKS ARE ILLEGAL IN PASADENA; VIOLATORS FACE JAIL TIME

At Stone Company Store Pasadena, we equally revere ALL Stone Brewing Co. beers, even the ones we have on draft 365 days a year, as they are all most definitely out-of-the-ordinary. With that said, occasionally we are able to offer full-on extraordinary beers, i.e., ones that are rare, one-off, vintage, barrel-aged, experimental, etc.

Experience an evening of music in motion that is unparalleled in its artistry and sound.  Eleven drum and bugle corps will perform at Drum Corps at the Rose Bowl on Saturday, July 2, 2016.

These are elite marching bands of brass, percussion, and dancers – most with 150 performers! Each will perform a show (11 – 13 minutes in length) consisting of an intricate blend of music and choreography. While it’s a competition, the goal is entertainment.

The Young Professionals Group of Pasadena will be meeting, Thursday, June 23rd at 6:00pm. The mixer will be held at El Cholo which is located in Paseo Colorado at 260 East Colorado Boulevard. Join us on the patio for tasty appetizers, one hosted drink and drink specials.
