The iconic Red Kettle campaign began many years ago in 1891 in San Francisco to raise money to provide Christmas dinner to those in need. This tradition has now become one of The Salvation Army’s main fundraisers allowing them to provide services year-round. Some of these services include food for low-income and homeless individuals and families, backpacks for students in need, Thanksgiving & Christmas meals, toys for children of families in need at Christmas, and much more.

The Pasadena Rental Housing Board announced a second online workshop for landlords and property managers on Tuesday, October 24th, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This decision comes after audio issues marred the first public workshop, Unlocking Success, held on Wednesday, October 17, which saw over 160 attendees.

The Board expressed regret over the technical issues that compromised the audio quality and participants’ ability to understand the speaker and webinar content and apologized for the inconvenience caused.
