According to a new report released by Visit California, the state’s tourism economy generated $150.4 billion in travel spending last year, surpassing the prior record $144.9 billion spent in 2019 before the pandemic halted travel.

Utility rate increases are being considered everywhere. Pasadena is no exception.

Tonight (Monday, May 6th) the Pasadena City Council will hear a request to raise sewer rates by the Department of Public Works. The hearing will be in the City Council Chambers at 100 North Garfield Avenue on the second floor, Room S249.
