64 drinks compete to be named the favorite during six-week SIP-tember Cocktail Bracket Challenge at restaurants and lounges throughout Pasadena

Patrons get to decide which cocktail is Pasadena’s favorite during SIP-tember: a celebration of the cocktail in Pasadena. From August 15^th through September 25^th, local restaurants will serve cocktails that will be paired against each other in a competition.

California Pizza Kitchen (a SIP-tember Cocktail Bracket Challenge participant) hosts Cocktails and Conversation, our August Chamber After Hours Social and Mixer on Thursday, August 21st from 5pm to 7pm. Come out to enjoy drinks, snacks and lots of fun at the theater at 99 N. losRobles Avenue in Pasadena.

California Pizza Kitchen is generously validating parking in the garage under the restaurant.

Congresswoman Judy Chu will be hosting her Annual Job Hunters Boot Camp event and we need your assistance in circulating what we have to offer to the residents of the 27^th Congressional District. For 2014, SIP-tember: A Celebration of the Cocktail returns August 15th for six weeks, culminating in the Taste of Pasadena and SIP-tember Cocktail Bracket Challenge Finale on September 25th at the Rose Bowl.

Michael Mockbee of MX3 Insurance Agency sponsors our Connection Breakfast networking event on Thursday, August 14th. Breakfast starts at 7am at the Courtyard by Marriott at 180 north Fair Oaks Avenue in Pasadena. Valet parking is availbale for $2. On-street parking is free until 11am.
