Happy 4th of July!
This is a day to celebrate the vision, daring and courage of the 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence in 1776. They stated the ambitions, goals and dreams of freedom and independence for 13 colonies.
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
They also stated the aspirations for our (not-yet-formed) nation. Aspirations we continue to work to live up to.
