SIP-tember: A Celebration of the Cocktail is underway; Taste of Pasadena is September 13th.

You be the judge as some of Pasadena’s finest cocktail creations vie to be named Cocktail of the Year for 2018

Thirty-two cocktails entered the SIP-tember Cocktail Bracket Challenge. Only one will be named Pasadena's Cocktail of the Year 2018. Round three voting ends at midnight on Wednesday, September 5th at midnight. You can still vote at www.pasadenarestaurantweek.com/vote and help determine which 4 cocktails move on to the finals at the Taste of Pasadena.

Drinks were randomly entered in a head-to-head bracket challenge. Voting in the first three rounds is online at www.pasadenarestaurantweek.com and went live August 1, 2018.

Drinks named Pasadena’s Favorite Cocktail have included the Broad Street Hurricane from Ruth’s Chris Steak House, the Cucumber

Once again, we will be hosting an informal citywide cocktail party to celebrate the 104th anniversary of the birth of America’s first culinary celebrity -  Pasadena’s own Julia Child. Patrons are encouraged to dress for a 1950s, 1960s or 1970s era cocktail party.
