At Stone Company Store Pasadena, we equally revere ALL Stone Brewing Co. beers, even the ones we have on draft 365 days a year, as they are all most definitely out-of-the-ordinary. With that said, occasionally we are able to offer full-on extraordinary beers, i.e., ones that are rare, one-off, vintage, barrel-aged, experimental, etc. Generally, we have one of these "specialty" draft beers come online every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with a "specialty" bottle release every Sunday. Here's a small sample of the extraordinary beers headed our way in the next week.
Note: for all to-go beer (e.g., growlers, bottles, kegs), everyone in your party must be 21+ and in possession of valid, government-issued ID.

Monday, May 11 to Sunday, May 17
It’s AMERICAN CRAFT BEER WEEK! We’ll be bringing out rarities, remixes, and all kinds of awesome over the next several days to celebrate beer that is Small, Independent, and Traditional (the tenets established by the Brewers Association).
Monday, May 11
Today, we bust out Stone Aqua Dog Barleywine Blend, which brings together several barleywines aged in various second-use spirits barrels, resulting in an insanely complex, bold beer.
Tuesday, May 12
Stone w00tstout 2.0, our infamous 2014 Stone Collaboration with Wil Wheaton, Drew Curtis, and Aisha Tyler, is back on draft! We only have one keg of this chocolate-infused, bourbon-kissed imperial stout to go around, so limit up to 2 liters per customer for growler fills.
Wednesday, May 13
Today’s draft specialty, Stone Cali-Belgique IPA aged in Red Wine Barrels, is a fan-favorite for good reason. It’s both elegant and complex, fruity and hop-forward. Limit up to 2 liters per customer for growler fills.
Thursday, May 14
Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station Cimmerian Portal, a bitter chocolate-y foreign export stout, is today’s small-batch offering. No limit on growler fills!
Friday, May 15
If you’re a craft beer fan, there’s a good chance you love our flagship brew, Stone IPA. If you’re a hophead, there’s an excellent chance you love Simcoe hops. Today, we’re pleased to offer on draft Stone IPA Double Dry Hopped w/Simcoe! Everything you love about Stone IPA, plus an extra boost of piney-resiny Simcoe hop aroma. No limit on growler fills!
Saturday, May 16
Last year from our mad-scientist-esque side venture, we released Stone Stochasticity Project Quadrotriticale, a drier Belgian-style Quadrupel brewed with triticale grain. Today, we’re releasing Stone Stochasticity Project Quadrotriticale aged in Red Wine Barrels, an even drier and more fruit-forward treat, with an added vinous dimension! Limit up to 2 liters per customer for growler fills.
Sunday, May 17
Today, we re-release the intensely beloved Southern Charred (2013 Double Bastard Ale aged in Bourbon Barrels) from our Quingenti Millilitre series (in 500mL bottles) and the brand-new Stone Stochasticity Project brew, Stochasticity Project HiFi+LoFi Mixtape (on draft & in 22oz bottles), which is a multifaceted blend of a fresh strong ale and an aged, mellowed version of the same.
