At Stone Company Store Pasadena, we equally revere ALL Stone Brewing Co. beers, even the ones we have on draft 365 days a year, as they are all most definitely out-of-the-ordinary. With that said, occasionally we are able to offer full-on extraordinary beers, i.e., ones that are rare, one-off, vintage, barrel-aged, experimental, etc. Generally, we have one of these "specialty" draft beers come online every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with a "specialty" bottle release every Sunday. Here's a small sample of the extraordinary beers headed our way in the next couple of weeks.
Note: for all to-go beer (e.g., growlers, bottles, kegs), everyone in your party must be 21+ and in possession of valid, government-issued ID.

Tuesday, February 3
Dark beer fans: today is your day. Our specialty draft offering is redolent of rich, dark chocolate & roasted coffee, and it has a gorgeous… sunny golden color? No, we’re not messing with you. (Well, we are a little.) Stone Stochasticity Project Master of Disguise, our imperial GOLDEN STOUT will be back on draft for growler fills & in-house pours. Limit up to 2 liters/customer for the former.

Stone Smoked Porter w/Vanilla Bean, another of our most-beloved “dark” beers (except this one is actually the deep mahogany brown you’d expect) is back on tap today for growler fills & in-house pours. Mild smoke, rich roastiness, & a hint of vanilla combine to make this a dessert-like beer without cloying sweetness.

Today will be Sunday Funday, big time. To celebrate the release of 2015 Stone Old Guardian Barley Wine & its “Odd Beers for Odd Years” counterpart, we’re hosting RELEASE THE GUARDIANS 2015!
