Are You Ready to Lead Pasadena Forward?

Leadership Pasadena (LP) is now recruiting participants for its leadership training experience beginning September 2016 and believes Pasadena Chamber of Commerce members are perfect candidates for the program!

Leadership Pasadena offers an unequalled opportunity for accomplished and emerging leaders to obtain the leadership tools, inspiration, understanding, and relationships necessary to enhance their effectiveness as leaders and their engagement in the Pasadena community. Now in its 15th year, with over 250 graduates, this eight-month, professionally facilitated leadership training program provides participants with powerful personal and professional resources.

Program participants have found this life-changing program helped them:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of greater Pasadena’s assets and challenges
  • Connect to key Pasadena decision-makers and organizations
  • Enhance their productivity and management skills at work, home and in the community
  • Understand their communication and leadership style
  • Develop lasting friendships
  • Discover new business and nonprofit board service opportunities
  • Become a more effective community leader and improve the community through innovative, collaborative solutions

Applicants should live, work or volunteer in the greater Pasadena area.

Employers are encouraged to sponsor their employees through their training/development or philanthropic program budgets. Employees from Cal Tech, the city of Pasadena, JPL, Parsons, among others, have participated in LP programs.
