Your Restaurant or Business Can be Part of the Taste of Pasadena, Space Limited - Act Now

The Pasadena Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Taste of Pasadena event at the Rose Bowl on Wednesday, September 21st from 6pm to 9pm.

We are hosting this in conjunction with our SIP-tember Finale and cocktail tasting. At the end of the event, we will tally votes of the live cocktail tasting and announce Pasadena’s Favorite Cocktail for 2016.

If you are a Pasadena Chamber of Commerce member and would like a table at the Taste of Pasadena to showcase your food offerings, please fill out and return the attached form to Leanne at the Chamber via email, FAX (to 626-795-5603) or US Mail (to 44 N Mentor Ave, Pasadena, CA, 91106)  I need to have all forms returned to me by Thursday, September 8, to ensure your space.

There is no charge for restaurants to take part in the Taste of Pasadena event if you are providing food samples. We anticipate hosting about 350 to 500

guests at the event. We ask food participants to provide tastings of one (or more) of your offerings. Not every guest will taste every item, so please be prepared to serve about 300 tasting-sized portions.

The Pasadena Chamber is pulling an ABC permit for the event, so you are free to offer beer, wine or other alcoholic beverage samples, as well. We are also providing a serving table (8ft) and a set-up/prep table (6ft) and table cloths for each participant. You will be expected to provide food samples, plates, napkins, utensils, serving items and anything else required to appropriately serve your food samples to guests.

If you would like to be a Taste of Pasadena food participant, please return the attached form. Space is limited, so get the form in as soon as possible.

Businesses that would like to exhibit at the Taste of Pasadena can purchase an exhibit table for $150. Reach potential customers as 400 to 500 people attend the event.
