Golfers enjoy a beautiful day at Brookside for annual Chamber tournament

Chamber Golf Tournament Draws Civic and Business Leaders to Brookside for an Afternoon of Fun

The annual spring Pasadena Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament drew  90 golfers to Brookside Golf Club for an afternoon on the links. It was a beautiful day as Chamber members, civic leaders and friends teed off for 18 holes of friendly competition.

Golfers were treated to a BBQ lunch prior to the tournament. On course food was provided by One Veg World and Rodney’s Ribs.

First place in the tournament, with a score of 57, was won by the Honda of Pasadena team which consisted of Jeff Christoffel, Mark Butnuh,  Corey Nakatani and Jim Rankin. Second place were Michael McCarroll, Michael Schell, Mark Schroeder and J. Scavo with a score of 62. Third place went to Mike Forrester, Erica Garcia, Vanessa Gonzalez and Jonathan Jackowski, the Rose Bowl Premium Seating team, who scored 63 in the best ball tournament.

Jim Rankin won the putting contest. Brian Costa won longest drive among the men and Laura Kennedy won longest drive among women competitors. Closest to the pin were George Falardeau and Patty Waggoner. The red ball contest was won by Jeff Christoffel, Mark Butnuh, Corey Nakatani and Jim Rankin.
