All 8 candidates running to succeed Supervisor Mike Antonovich as teh 5th District representative on the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors will be present for a forum on May 12th at 7:00pm at Pasadena City College. The forum sponsored by The Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, Pasadena City College and the League of Women Voters-Pasadena Area.
This should be a great opportunity for voters to hear from each of the candidates for 5th District Supervisor. Confirmed to attend are all of the people running in the June 7th election for the seat: Kathryn Barger, Elan Carr, Mitchell Englander, Bob Huff, Raj Kahlon, Ara james nahjarian and Darrell Park have all agreed to attend.
The format is a forum, not a debate. Each candidate will have a chance to make introductory remarks. Then questions related to issues of concern to the hosting organizations will be asked of each. There will be an opportunity for questions presented by audience members to be asked. Each candidate will answer each question.
