2016 CENSUS TEST IS HIRING LOCALLY!

As outlined in its Constitution, the US conducts a census count each decade for the purpose of apportioning the US House of Representatives.  The next census will be conducted in 2020.  In preparation of this Census - the Nation's largest peacetime activity - the US Census Bureau will be doing a field test of a variety of new methods and advanced technology under consideration for the 2020 Census.  This test, called the 2016 Census Test, will be done in a portion of the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County next spring.

We are just starting our recruiting effort for people to work on the Census test.  Our positions are temporary with competitive hourly pay rates.  Applicants must pass a test of basic skills, complete a favorable background investigation and be a US citizen.  Some positions require fluency in specific languages.

Please help us to promote these jobs in your communities.  Attached is more information about the 2016 Census Test,  flyers with more information about the positions that you can distribute to interested persons and contact information if you have questions about our recruiting process.
