California Competes Tax Credit Application for fiscal year 2015-2016 is Now Open
The application period for the California Competes Tax Credit (CCTC) is now open. Currently there is $75 million worth of credits available to businesses that are expanding or relocating to California for the current fiscal year. If you are interested in securing these credits, please contact yourtax professional immediately to complete your application in time for the August 27th deadline. CCTC Current Application periods:
- July 20, 2015, through August 17, 2015
($75 million available) - January 4, 2016, through January 25, 2016
($75 million available) - March 7, 2016, through March 28, 2016
($50.9 million plus any remaining unallocated amounts
from the previous application periods)
