Thursday, July 4th, is Independence Day.
It is a great day to celebrate with friends and family.
On July 4, 1776, a group of extraordinary and visionary men gathered to assert the independence of the American colonies. They were unique in their vision, their drive and their courage. They made a strong, thoughtful, logical and human case for self-determination for the American colonies, and for the rights of individuals over an oppressive state.
From those men and their actions and ideas, we now enjoy amazing prosperity and freedom. 248 years later.
