Ribbon Cutting - Ice-Cream Lab

Join us as Ice-Cream Lab celebrates their Chamber membership with a ribbon cutting!  Festivities begin at 2:30pm, ribbon cutting at 3pm.

Created by childhood friends Joseph Lifschutz and Tommy Ngan, Ice-Cream Lab is the first and original made-to-order ice cream shop in the U.S.A. that offers a healthier alternative to traditional ice cream, using only locally sourced natural ingredients.  This “delicious experiment” uses cutting-edge liquid nitrogen technology to instantly produce the freshest ice cream with zero preservatives, that is 100% kosher and even offers a gluten-free or vegan option for all to enjoy! 

Completely self funded by the two young entrepreneurs, the first location was opened in Beverly Hills in March 2013 and is now expanding to Pasadena with the grand opening taking place on October 29th, 2014 with a special ribbon cutting ceremony by city officials taking place at 3pm!  Their expansion plans will continue thereafter with locations opening in Little Tokyo, Irvine, and Westlake Village in addition to international openings in Dubai and Panama by early next year.
