LA County minimum wage forum Monday, May 11th at 6pm in Altadena - or comment online

Would a minimum wage increase affect your business?  If your answer is yes, we invite you and your members to make public comments at the two remaining Los Angeles County Business Forums on the Potential Minimum Wage Increase next week.

While currently there is no concrete County proposal to raise the minimum wage, the County Board of Supervisors asked the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs to hear public comments from business owners about the anticipated impacts of a minimum wage increase.  As an organization that represents businesses, we urge you and your members to come out and have your voices heard.

The two remaining Business Forums are:

Monday May 11 - 6:00 p.m.

Altadena Community Center

730 E. Altadena Drive

Altadena, CA 91001

Saturday, May 16 – 10:00 a.m.

San Angelo Park – Community Room

245 S. San Angelo Ave.

La Puente, CA 91746

Alternatively, businesses can make an online public comment at the following link https://iddweb.isd.lacounty.gov/DCA_eComplaint/PublicComment/Step1.aspx.
