A note from one of the owners: My name is Meghan Fink and along with my siblings (Kaytee, Nicole, & Jon) we own Pasadena Sandwich Company. We are the third generation to own and operate these NY-styled deli/restaurants. Our grandparents started this style of deli/restaurant in the 1950s and would cook the meats and make the salads at home and then drive them to a store front and make sandwiches for their community in Pomona, CA. Our dad, Steve Fink, opened Pasadena Sandwich Company on March 6, 1995 after having worked with his parents for nearly 20 years. When he passed away in 2010, his four kids took over the restaurant and kept it going here in Pasadena. This year we are celebrating 20 years of business and serving the Pasadena community on Friday, March 6th. Our grandmother will be 99 years old this year and we are lucky enough to have wonderful conversations with her about how she and my grandfather started business and how business is going now. We still do most things the way our grandparents did in the 1950s like cooking our meats in-house and preparing our homemade salads fresh daily. We are blessed with the support of our family, friends, and community and want to share this celebration on March 6th as this is an incredible milestone for us.
