Join the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, the Junior League of Pasadena and Community Partners for a forum featuring candidates for Pasadena City Council on Thursday, May 19th at 5pm. The forum will be virtual and everyone has the ability to join via ZOOM.

Pasadena Media will broadcast the forum live on the Arroyo Channel and it will be available on their YouTube channel, as well.

Cases: Los Angeles County on Friday reported its highest single-day number of new COVID-19 cases since mid-February — when the region was still in the grips of the omicron-driven winter surge — and health officials said the spike shows further evidence of continued high transmission of the coronavirus.

The county reported 4,025 COVID-19 infections on Friday.

COVID-19 Update for May 9, 2022-New Variants (of course)…

Cases: The daily number of COVID- 19 cases reported in Los Angeles County jumped again on Friday with more than 3,200 new infections logged, while health officials again warned of the disproportionate impact the pandemic has had on Black and Latino/a residents. The county reported 3,270 new infections on Friday, lifting the county’s overall total from throughout the pandemic to 2,888,408.
