At Stone Company Store Pasadena, we equally revere ALL Stone Brewing Co. beers, even the ones we have on draft 365 days a year, as they are all most definitely out-of-the-ordinary. With that said, occasionally we are able to offer full-on extraordinary beers, i.e., ones that are rare, one-off, vintage, barrel-aged, experimental, etc. Generally, we have one of these "specialty" draft beers come online every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with a "specialty" bottle release every Sunday. Here's a small sample of the extraordinary beers headed our way in the next week.
Note: for all to-go beer (e.g., growlers, bottles, kegs), everyone in your party must be 21+ and in possession of valid, government-issued ID.

Tuesday, March 3
Our rightly adored Mexican-hot-chocolate-in-a-beer, Chris Banker/Stone/Insurgente Xocoveza Mocha Stout, is back on tap today, for growler fills & in-house pours. Limit up to 2 liters per customer for growler fills. Fair warning, however: it will disappear almost instantaneously!
Thursday, March 5
Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station Mimic, a Belgian-style Dubbel, is on draft starting today. Belgian Dubbels are quite a departure from Stone Brewing Co.’s bread-and-butter, the tongue-raspingly bitter West Coast IPA. This beer is all about the malt & yeast, with very little hoppiness to speak of. Aromas of spice drops, banana bread, and dark fruits leap out of the glass at you.
Friday, March 6
Back on tap starting today will be Stone Smoked Porter w/Vanilla Bean, a dessert-like treat of a beer that is more dark chocolate than milk chocolate, with earthy smokiness and big Madagascar vanilla bean aroma.
Sunday, March 8
Today, we’re releasing a limited quantity of 22oz bottles of 2008 Double Bastard Ale! You can enjoy a carefully aged 6+ year old beer without any of the fuss and worry of cellaring it yourself. Limit one bottle per customer, priced at $13.50 + tax/CRV.
