At Stone Company Store Pasadena, we equally revere ALL Stone Brewing Co. beers, even the ones we have on draft 365 days a year, as they are all most definitely out-of-the-ordinary. With that said, occasionally we are able to offer full-on extraordinary beers, i.e., ones that are rare, one-off, vintage, barrel-aged, experimental, etc. Generally, we have one of these "specialty" draft beers come online every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with a "specialty" bottle release every Sunday. Here's a small sample of the extraordinary beers headed our way in the next couple weeks.
Note: for all to-go beer (e.g., growlers, bottles, kegs), everyone in your party must be 21+ and in possession of valid, government-issued ID.

Tuesday, January 19
2014 Double Bastard Ale is our vintage draft offering this week. If you’ve experienced Arrogant Bastard Ale and somehow thought, “If only this beer were MORE lacerative!” then you might be Worthy of Double Bastard Ale. Limit up to 2 liters per customer for growler fills.
Friday, January 22
Hops, Hops & More Hops is our annual just-’cuz IPA party. On draft, we will feature Stone & Sierra Nevada NxS IPA, Stone Pilot Series - Mocha IPA, Stone IPA w/ Blonde Roast Coffee, Stone Enjoy By 02.14.16 UNFILTERED IPA, Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station Ninja King (a brown IPA), and many more liquid paens to Humulus lupulus! All beers will be growler-eligible, although limits may apply.

20th Anniversary Encore Series: Stone 12th Anniversary Bitter Chocolate Oatmeal Stout is released today! This is the second in a pantheon of past Stone beers chosen for re-brew as a sort of drumroll to the Stone 20th Anniversary Ale. As it sounds, it is rich, silky, and chocolate-y enough to please any worshipper of Theobroma cacao. We will have it in 22oz bottles & on draft, with no limits on either.

2014 Stone Imperial Russian Stout is the vintage re-release today. Pro-tip: it would be a great beer to taste in a flight of dark beers, alongside Stone Smoked Porter, Stone Coffee Milk Stout & 20th Anniversary Encore Series: Stone 12th Anniversary Bitter Chocolate Oatmeal Stout, all of which will also be on tap! Limit up to 2 liters per customer for growler fills.
Friday, January 29
Stone Xocoveza for the Holidays & the New Year is back on draft for pours & fills! No matter how much overtime our Brew Crew puts in to make it, we just can’t seem to satisfy demand on this beer! If you’re uninitiated, this is an 8.1% milk stout brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg, Pasilla peppers, chocolate, coffee, and vanilla. We’re pretty sure you WANT to be initiated now, though, right?

Two new seasonal brews, Stone Americano Stout (another fabulous coffee-infused beer, this one a 8-9% ABV espresso stout) & Stone Pataskala Red X IPA (a nutty, citrusy, tropical IPA, brewed with German Red X malt) both debut today, on draft & in 12oz six-packs. No limits on either.
