Villa Esperanza Services is proud to announce the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for their new school campus for students with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The momentous occasion is scheduled for Tuesday, October, 23 from 4-6 pm (ribbon cutting at 5 PM) at 2116 East Villa Street. The completed phase of their capital project consists of a new school including 7 new classrooms, a multipurpose room and kitchen along with 2 play yards and retreat gardens.

Villa Esperanza Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the care and education of children, adults and seniors with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Villa Esperanza Services is one of the few organizations offering programs that support individuals with disabilities at every stage of life. The need for services is growing. Today, autism affects 1 in 68 children in the United States, an increase of 30% from 5 years ago. Villa continues to be a leader in providing education for children who are on the moderate to severe end of the spectrum. Villa school includes speech and language, occupational and behavior therapy for students ranging from elementary to high school. Also available is the Community Integration Program for young adults transitioning into adulthood.
